Blog Post #46 Producing CCR # 1

      To answer CCR question number one, I decided to create a zoom call. To achieve this, I dressed in several different outfits to appear as a different person. I then gave myself different names and had each character ask my original self, questions. This approach was chosen due to the attraction to my target audience it will cause. This idea also allowed me to express my editing skills. 

     This CCR idea allows me to attract my target audience due to the familiarity of zoom. People in the age range of 15-25 are very familiar with zoom or other online video chat platforms. This is due to the Covid-19 pandemic. During this lockdown students were forced to attend a zoom call with their teacher and class every day. This means that my CCR will resonate with my intended audience very well. Moreover, this will lead to a much larger audience of the viewers I wanted to attract. 

       My editing skills were expressed due to the effects I added to create the appeal of a zoom call. The first thing I added was an intriguing title to get potential viewers interested. I used eerie music to keep the same theme as my opening sequence. This is also a great way to attract the correct audiences. I then added what seems to be someone in this case me, creating a zoom meeting. This effect allows viewers to understand what type of media they are going to consume. It then shows the host version of me introducing myself to the attendees of the zoom. To create the zoom appeal, I added 3 buttons at the bottom. These buttons are a camera button, a microphone button, and a recording button. These buttons are all present on the zoom app. I then added a tab bar at the top to create the realism effect. I then added a clicking mouse to create the idea that I have clicked onto the next person. I followed through with this in the rest of the CCR. At the end I added a credits scene and a humorous moment. This moment captures me claiming that there's more when in reality its juts me providing the footage I talked about throughout the zoom. This peak at footage will create interest in my film which will lead to a larger audience. The ending of this CCR was meant to keep audiences interested in watching my film. 

     Creating this CCR was an extremely fun and interesting process, and I hope to attract a large audience because of it.
